You can tell it’s cheaply made and it’s not like it’s expensive but still. No matter how I position it, it’s either already touching the strings or doesn’t work when I am pressing down. Em worked but the rest were not functional

I decided to give this a 5-star rating because it delivered exactly what I hoped for. I picked up this chord presser thing for my 11-year-old daughter who’s just starting to get interested in the guitar I have around the house. I remember how much my fingers hurt when I was first trying to learn, and I didn't want that to discourage her right out of the gate.

It's not working exactly like it should, but I'm pretty sure most issues I'm having are due to the size of my guitar. Seeing and reaching the chords are easy but the unit isn't hitting the right areas on the neck. Some are close or identifiable but some don't sound right at all.

I don't know that this is the end for this though. I've been a "beginner" guitar player for like 6 years now because when I start working on chords I get frustrated enough to throw the guitar out the window. It was exciting to get something close with a few of these, so if I can get close enough to keep at it and continue to learn, maybe it'll still help. Either way, I definitely need to try it on a full size guitar as well.

This device is fun. I thought this would be cool to have on hand for someone to use if they don't know the guitar fretboard but wanted to try and jam along. You need to find just the right position on the fretboard to attach it to and align it with the guitar strings so it can play the correct chords.

This guitar chord presser can correctly align the buttons with the strings to produce accurate chord sounds. This is helpful if you want to learn how to play. Great for beginners like me.
